Ingredients -
Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Leeks
1 large white onion
Ground Chicken, 2 lbs
2 tablespoons of turmeric, cumin, s&p
2 cups of rice
Boiling water
Instructions
1.) Chop herbs
2.) Fry the diced onion
3.) Once the onions are translucent, add the meat
4.) Add the spices, and dry tarragon if you have
5.) Once the meat is cooked, add the herbs for 5-10 minutes on a high flame
6.) Add rice to the meat
7.) Add boiling water to cover the mixture, let simmer for 20 minutes
