Chili (Tacos)

Ingredients -

1.5 lbs of chopped beef

1 medium onion

small jar of tomato paste dissolved in hot water

1 can of red kidney beans, or white Northern beans

diced tomato


salt & pepper

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 teaspoon of oregano



Instructions

1.) brown the beef

2.) pour out the fat

3.) saute the onions, once transparent add the beef and spices

4.) add the beans and tomato paste, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat abd cook slowly for 20 minutes

5.) serve as a soup or tacos
