Ingredients -
2 Eggs
Liquid Egg Whites
Sausage
salt & pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic
any vegetables (spinach, zucchini, red onion, tomato)
Instructions
1.) Mix the Proteins, Beat Eggs
2.) Then add the veggies
3.) Bake on 400 for 30 minutes
