Ingredients -
2 lbs meat
Greens (spinach, Leaks, parsley, cilantro )
Can of Red Kidney Beans
Dried Lime
1 Onion
salt & pepper
Instructions
1.) In a pot fry chopped onions until translucent
2.) Add meat, cook and brown meat
3.) Once meat is browned, cover mixture with half an inch of water, cook for 1.5 hours
4.) After the 1.5 hours in a pan, toss the chopped greens for 5 minutes in a pan
5.) Once the greens have a gentile fry, then add them to the pot of meat and mix. Cook for another 1.5 hours
6.) In the last half hour, add dried lime and the kidney beans
** served over rice
