Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients -
Spinach
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Red Cabbage
3 Cups of Red Kidney Beans
1 Cup of Water
Seasoning
Instructions
1.) Clean the spinach, rinse the beans, cut the cabbage
2.) Sauté the garlic on low-medium flame
3.) Once the garlic browns, add the cabbage
4.) Then add the spinach and beans, followed by seasoning
5.) Once the spinach gets a bit smaller, pour in the water and let sit for 5-10 minutes on a low flame
