Escarole

Ingredients -

  • Escarole

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced

  • Cabbage

  • 3 Cups of Cannelloni Beans

  • 1 Cup of Water

  • Seasoning (Garlic, S&P, crushed red pepper flakes)


Instructions

1.) Clean the escarole rinse the beans, cut the cabbage

2.) Sauté the garlic on low-medium flame

3.) Once the garlic browns, add the cabbage

4.) Then add the escarole and beans, followed by seasoning

5.) Once the escarole shrinks, pour in the water and let sit for 5-10 minutes on a low flame
